Straight about where we are
Small and mid-sized schools that still keep fees, staff attendance and salaries in registers or spreadsheets: village and mission schools, community schools, tuition centres and growing private schools.
Yes. Currency (with the right decimals), time zone, closed weekdays and the month your school year starts are all settings. The rupee is the default.
Not yet. Importing from a spreadsheet is the next thing we are building. For now you add students one by one, and set up all your classes in one step.
Not yet. Today it is for the school office and staff. A parent and student app is planned.
Each school's records are kept apart, every change is logged, and each person sees only what their role allows: administrator, accountant or staff.
Claude, ChatGPT or any app that supports MCP can be connected to your school so you can ask in plain words: who has not paid, what we spent on repairs, who was absent. A connection is read-only unless you allow more, and it can never delete records or pay salaries.
